I just received a Lap Band last Thursday. It is now Monday and I am starting to go stir crazy. I know I need to limit my activity but for how long?
When can I go for a walk?
How long do I wait to start jogging?
and how long should I wait before I start lifting weights?
I guess what I am asking is how do you know when your ready to add more activity? I dont want to over due it and have and injury or complication.
