Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that our next Edmonds Lapband Support Group meets this coming Tuesday, April 29th, at 7:00 p.m., Stevens Hospital 2nd floor cafeteria.

Also a reminder that our new Marysville Lapband Support Group meets the same week, on Thursday night, May 1, 7:30 p.m. at the Marysville YMCA, 6420 60th Drive NE (near Allen Creek Elementary). We meet in the very back room of the main center.

Whichever group you decide to attend next week, I'm looking forward to seeing you and hearing how all of your journeys are going. We'll be speaking on the topic of "Grazing" and will also have plenty of time to discuss joys, problems, victories or whatever comes up! It's so important for us to meet together and offer support - whether giving it or receiving it. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!!
