Don't think this is dumping

I'm just shy of six months post-op and I'm noticing a real trend with eating and how I feel. 30 to 90 mins after I eat anything I'm yawning, shivering, having crawly skin, dizzy, weak/exhausted and I feel like I have to sit down before I pass out. I'm not eating high carb or high fat food, or more than 3 oz/half-cup at a time, and I'm chewing really well and eating slowly. This happens even when I only eat 1 or 2 ounces of protein, but it doesn't seem to matter whether I eat carbs or not either (although carbs do increase the likelihood of me actually falling asleep). I'm not diabetic, but did suffer from insulin resistance prior to surgery. I usually test my blood sugar 2-3 times a day when I check my diabetic cat's BG and it seems to run between 90 & 100 regardless of when or what I've eaten... but I'm still having these hypoglecimic symptoms. These aren't the same symptoms I've experienced when I full-on dumped before.

I can't figure out what's going on. I'm running a Blood Glucose Curve today - drinking only plain water, eating only protein, testing my blood sugar every hour, and noting my symptoms. I don't think I'm having clinical hypoglycemia (BG under 60) but I'm getting the symptoms anyway. I thought maybe Reactive Hypoglycemia... but it doesn't happen only with carbs and I don't thin kmy BG gets low enough for that. It's just weird but I feel better when I haven't eaten than when I have because of this. I'm eating anyway to stay healthy, but I feel awful most of the time. Hopefully, I'll figure out what's going on.
