I discovered this company last year and love their no calories, no sugar, fat or carbs salad dressings. My favs are the balsamic, the oriental and the ranch with bacon dressings. The ranch is quite different than Hidden Valley but a good substitute considering no bad things in it.

Today I had the balsamic over chicken with salad greens and it was quite yummy.

They do make a ketshup and a chocolate syrup that I have not tried. I have found it at Fred Meyer and a few selections at Top/Haagen Foods. Also, check out their website at http://www.waldenfarms.com/
