The first two days are clear liquids (anything you can see through)
The next 7 days or one week is full liquids. (e.g. protein drinks, strained soups, yogurt, milk, sugar free puddings)
The next 7 days or week is pureed textured foods. (The texture is like baby food or mashed potatoes)
The next 7 days or week is soft foods. (foods that you don't have to grind with your teeth but instead are already soft in nature such as eggs, tuna salad, fish, cottage cheese, soups, chili, cassarole type of foods)
The last week before your first fill is regular texture foods. Careful for chicken, pork and bread they can stick!
