Hi everyone!

This is your friendly monthly reminder for our lapband support group. We'll meet the First Thursday of October, the 2nd, at the Marysville YMCA next to Allen Creek Elementary (6420 60th Drive NE). Time is 7:30 to 9:00 and we're supposed to be meeting in the fireside room just inside the front doors (although they seem to move us around quite a bit!).

We missed a lot of you last month and I know that we're all busy with our families, lives, jobs, etc., but it's so important to take time to share with those who are going through this journey and we really need to support one another. Also, who knows? You may learn something about your band that you didn't know; may have an opportunity to share a victory; may have a problem answered from others who have been through it. You just never know what might be awaiting you at the support meeting.

As always, this reminder goes out to the Edmonds group also, just in case you happen to be in the Marysville area on the 2nd or feel you need extra support this month!

I love hearing your stories of how your band journeys are progressing and I enjoy sharing mine also!
