Edmonds bypass and lap band support group is held every second Thursday of the month.  It is comprised of patients from various clinics and surgeons.  The group is open to all weight loss surgeries. The group has been in existence for many years and has a very active, positive feel to it.  There is a clothing exchange each month, special guest speakers and event planning.  The leaders are exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming.

Wenatchee weight loss surgery support group is hosted by Pacific Nutrition and Wellness and open to the community of weight loss surgery patients.  We recommend attendants be post surgical.  The group has a formal leadership group who regularly plan topics and guest speakers. We run a solution based group that is informative and positive in nature.

Join the Wellness Team at the Northshore YMCA for Healthy Kids Day 5K. Participants get a healthy start to the morning with a run, race, or walk on a flat 5K course that leads back to the Northshore YMCA where yummy snacks from Twisted Cafe and Jamba Juice and a raffle for FREE Brooks shoes awaits. Starting at 10:00 the YMCA will be filled with fun activities, snacks, vendors and more for the whole family to enjoy!

Edmonds gastric sleeve weight loss surgery support group is hosted by Pacific Nutrition and Wellness.  The support group is a general support group open to all surgeries but specializes in patients who have had the gastric sleeve. The group's mission is to provide a positive, solution based group to help support people through their weight loss surgery process.  People who have already had weight loss surgery and their family members are welcome to attend the group.
