Edmonds bypass support group is held every second Thursday of the month. It is comprised of patients from various clinics and surgeons. The group is open to all weight loss surgeries. The group has been in existence for many years and has a very active, positive feel to it. There is a clothing exchange each month, special guest speakers and event planning. The leaders are exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming.

The support group is a general support group open to all surgeries but specializes in patients who have had the gastric sleeve. The group's mission is to provide a positive, solution based group to help support people through their weight loss surgery process. People who have already had weight loss surgery and their family members are welcome to attend the group.

With the great summer weather here to stay for awhile, the Wellness Team will be leading several Sunday bike rides on the Centennial Trail beginning this month.
These rides will be about 60 minutes and will go at the pace of the group.
THESE RIDES WILL NOT BE HIGH SPEED TRAINING RIDES, but rather fun rides to get our lungs pumping!
BRING: Bicycle, helmet, water, proper exercise clothes for the weather.
