Edmonds gastric sleeve weight loss surgery support group is hosted by Pacific Nutrition and Wellness. The support group is a general support group open to all surgeries but specializes in patients who have had the gastric sleeve.

With the great summer weather here to stay for awhile, the Wellness Team will be leading several Sunday bike rides on the Centennial Trail beginning this month. These rides will be about 60 minutes and will go at the pace of the group. THESE RIDES WILL NOT BE HIGH SPEED TRAINING RIDES, but rather fun rides to get our lungs pumping! We will meet at a different trailhead each time for variety. | ||
