Hi everyone, I am sure we have all passed each other in an office appointment! I am in week 9 and so far have lost "16lbs", that is according to my start with the balloon; I have truly lost 21lbs according to my scales highest weight. I have to say this is not the magic pill, quick fix or the cheaters way. I can overeat my balloon, I can stuff just as many calories as I used to in there, but I don't. True, I feel full faster but I am the one choosing the right foods to fill up on. Oh and the exercise thing!
