Renew Program

This program is for people who have had the band for any length of time but have not been successful in losing weight due to poor aftercare.  People will start anew with their bands by entering into an environment of high accountability and stellar education.  Patients will learn how to eat utilizing the strategy of the lap band, plan appropriate menus and control their caloric intake.  Personal counselors and group therapy will be available for people who have identified they have addictive behavior patterns keeping them from being successful. Patients will be set up on a personal fitness plan in our personal training gym.  They will set personal goals and follow up with the exercise physiologist in order to facilitate reaching their goals.  Patients who enter the program will be able to have lap band fills appropriate for their needs.

Six Month Program  (Insurance billed for those who have benefits for nutrition services)

• Monthly nutrition appointments
• 6 personal training appointments
• 20% Discount on group therapy (during the 6 month program)
• 20% Discount on Counseling (during the 6 month program)
• Lap band fills available as needed $100.00ea.
• (If a patient has nutrition and or lap band fill benefits, companies will be billed at the contracted rate for all services)

Advance Program

This program is designed for patients who have had the band placed and are progressing towards their goal but need extra accountability to keep them on target.   You will design your appointments with a medical nutrition therapist to best focus on the areas of need. Three Month Program  (Insurances billed for those who have nutrition benefits)

• Lap Band Fills as needed $100.00 each

Maintenance Program   $100.00 Pay per fill or utilize insurance benefits

This program is designed for people who are associated with the clinic and or who have a good working relationship with the lap band. Patients wanting maintenance for their lap bands need to fill out an application of which will be reviewed by the staff for admittance. Patients who have completed either the Renew program or the Advanced program are eligible to continue on as a band maintenance patient.

If you are a candidate for the program an official intake appointment will be scheduled. The cost of this appointment is $150 and may be billed to your insurance. The intake appointment will cover the details of the program, informed consent, as well as an assessment of your current status with weight loss and the band. Maintenance patients will not be required to do an intake appointment.
